Refund and Returns Policy

At LiquoriceCola, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy every sip. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of beverages, we can only accept returns if:
    • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
    • You received the wrong item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged).

5. Shipping for Returns

  • To return your product, you will need to ship it to the address provided by our support team.
  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
